Mô tả công việc

Contract drafting and review; provide timely commercially sound legal views and opinions with focus on Vietnam Law.
Review all contracts, official letters or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself. Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
Build up the legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/ agreements/ contracts/ in high standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese), complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company's interest
Prepare and submit required documents for promotion registration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Prepare and submit documents related to establish/modify and close the legal entity /branch/business location/retail outlet,... to get the license
Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company
Coordinate with other departments in the Company to resolve arising legal issues, complaints, disputes (if any)
Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of the company to support management's decision relating to company business and legal compliance
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (e.g. regulators / local authorities, etc) and adherence to deadlines
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager and General Director

Yêu cầu

At least bachelor's degree in law
2 to 3 years' experience working in legal area
English level: can use business English in international working environment
Legal knowledge and experience in the field of commercial business
Good critical thinking
Ability to work independently as well as work well in team
Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure
Working time: 9AM - 6PM, Mon to Fri
Working place: Thien Son Plaza, 800 Nguyen Van Linh Str., Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC.
