Mô tả công việc
To perform the work under the supervision of the Contract Manager, including but not limiting to overseas the legal aspects of our business, ensure the company strictly follows the Group's Compliant, Local Laws, and give legal advice to the management and clients about the relevant issues.
* Renew contract in terms of legal compliance and prevailing regulation
* Work with law firms and authority for bad dept settlement
* Handle works relating to legal issues (IP registration, license, ...)
* Support functional departments when required
* Perform other tasks as assignment by the Contract Manager and Management of VSL VIETNAM.
Yêu cầu
- University graduation, major in Law and Legal.
- At least 5 years of law and legal experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Good at negotiation skill and problem solving.
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Willing to travel.
