Mô tả công việc
This position is responsible for providing internal legal services, ensuring the Company's operations comply with the law and minimizing legal risks.
Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on issues related to the Company's operations.
Draft and review all types of Contracts and related legal documents.
Develop, draft, and review the Company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform administrative procedures, application files for permits, and ensure the Company complies with legal regulations.
Coordinate with relevant departments in preparing, compiling, checking, and submitting bidding documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor of Laws degree.
1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate legal affairs.
Fundamental knowledge of Enterprise Law, Tax Law, and Commercial Transaction Law.
Preference: Experience related to bidding/tendering, or in the Information Technology/Telecommunications sector.
Skills:
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to IELTS 6.5.
Legal drafting skills: Requires accuracy, clarity, and precision.
Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and organize work effectively.
Communication and teamwork skills, effectively coordinating with departments.
Preference: Proficient use of Google Workspace.
Personal Qualities:
Cautious, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.
Strong adaptability and initiative in the workplace

Salary: Competitive salary (Up to $800 )
Bonus: 12 months salary + Performance bonus (up to 2 months salary depending on business performance).
Attractive Holiday bonuses (Package 6-8 million VND).

Working hours: Monday to Friday.
Provided with working equipment (Laptop).
