Contract Review Support: Assist in reviewing contracts, commercial agreements, and other company legal documents to ensure content accuracy and compliance with formatting requirements.
Legal Research: Research current legal regulations related to the company's business activities (such as commercial law, labor law, intellectual property, insurance, personal data protection, etc.). Compile and update relevant legal regulations.
Management of Legal Files and Documents:
Organize and systematically store legal documents and contracts.
• Assist in tracking legal files, signed contracts, and their validity periods.
Participation in Legal Dispute Resolution: Assist the Legal Department in collecting, analyzing, and preparing necessary documents for legal cases, and in resolving disputes, claims, or litigation involving the company.
Compliance with Internal and Legal Regulations: Assist in developing and updating legal policies and internal procedures to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws. Conduct research and draft preliminary legal opinions when necessary.
