Legal Manager of Compliance Department, Head Office

1. Legal Manager
• Lead the Legal Unit of Compliance Deprtament (CD) in all aspects of legal functions which include legal advisory, documentation review, litigation and legal proceedings.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the Legal Unit of CD to ensure the Bank's legal interest is protected.
• Ensure proper and timely execution of work assigned and that it is duly and properly carried out in accordance with Head Office's/ Department's guidelines, policies, procedures and instructions.
• Ensure that all actions carried out are in compliance with the guidelines, policies and procedures issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), other regulators and Head Office.
• Keep abreast with the latest developments and changesin the law and regulations relating to the banking industryfrom SBV, Head Office and other local relevant authorities.
2. Legal Officer
