Well versed in all aspects of enterprise law, commercial law, civil law and legal regulations related to technology field.
Experience in MNC or major/international law firm is highly preferred.
Experience in handling legal compliance risk issues, good network with law firms in Vietnam.
5- 6 year of experience in legal or compliance roles. Candidates with experience working in leading law firms or having worked as an in- house counsel in a technology company will be given preference.
Working knowledge of litigation (civil and criminal).
Recognized law degree in Vietnamese law. Post- graduate qualification in an institution outside Vietnam will be an added advantage.
Ability to combine technical expertise and business understanding to create commercial benefits.

Excellent communication and managerial skills, strong proven leadership.
Proficient in English- both writing and speaking.
