Legal Manager

Education & Professional Background
● Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.
● Qualified lawyer in Vietnam preferred.
● Minimum 7 years of legal experience gained in law firms, multinational corporations, investment projects, or high-growth companies.
● Experience in corporate, commercial, M&A, investment, governance, and regulatory matters.
Technical & AI Capabilities
● Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with AI-enabled workflows.
● Comfortable using modern productivity and knowledge-management platforms.
● Comfortable working with AI-powered productivity and legal tools.
● Proficient in modern collaboration and knowledge-management platforms.
● Familiarity with legal technology, document automation, and AI-assisted document review solutions.
● Basic understanding of technology-enabled workflows is an advantage.
● Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and improve legal processes through automation and AI.
Competencies
● Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Commercially minded with a practical approach to legal risk management.
