Mô tả công việc
It is officially notified that we are currently seeking qualified candidates for one (01) Senior Associate for Investment & Corporate with the following details:
1. Professional legal work
(i) To advise legal matters in various level of difficulty related to the investment, projects and corporate operations of clients;
(ii) To draft/review/comment (i) agreements, contracts, MOU and other legal documents at the request of clients; and (ii) internal corporate documents, i.e. charters, internal policies and other corporate documents in investment and corporate fields;
(iii) To review and finalize the application files to obtain various investment licenses, approvals, permits and certificates;
(iv) To advise big clients in M&A transactions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers;
(v) To lead team in challenging negotiation in M&A deals, valuable contracts and corporate meetings between company members;
(vi) To maintain good relationships with the state authorities during the process of settling cases; and
(vii) To perform other assignments delegated by Partners and Counsels.
2. Business development
(i) To well care, keep great relationships and develop matters with current clients;
(ii) To actively engage in firm's business development, digital and traditional marketing activities to seek opportunities winning new matters or clients;
(iii) To actively participate in client-developing activities by yourself in seminars, events and social network to seek new clients and expand the firm's reputation;
(iv) To write legal articles in newspapers to be published; and
(v) To proactively connect and network to attract new clients and introducers.
3. Internal training and Team development
(i) To mentor, train and develop junior legal members of the team;
(ii) To prepare and lead team for training sessions/seminars/operations in the firm; and
(iii) To train, manage and motivate your team members to ensure them to excellently handle the cases and possess proactive attitude.

***REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Possessing the Law University bachelor's degree while getting LLM is an advantage;
• Having 05 - 07 working experience years in professional law firms;
• Mastering great skills of English with the level of at least 6.5 IELTS;
• Well understanding procedures and effectively handling investment, projects and corporate matters;
• Competence of leadership and skill of building a strong team;
• Good capacity in critical thinking, reasoning, legal analysis, negotiation and communication;
• Thorough and careful attitude in handling work and the problem-solving sharp skill;
• Effective capacity in handling, managing a wide variety of assignments and meeting clients' deadlines;
• Proactive, creative, honest, hard and responsible for working under pressure; and
• Conversant with Word, MS Excel, Internet & using office e-mails (Outlook).
