We're looking for
Level Design (Junior)
Location - Ha Noi
1-2 years of experience in Level Design, Game Design, or a related role.
Strong interest and understanding of Puzzle games and mobile games.
Good understanding of core game design concepts such as game mechanics, difficulty progression, player experience, and level flow.
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to look at a level from the player's perspective and identify what makes it fun, frustrating, too easy, or too difficult.
Willingness to experiment, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
English reading and communication skills are a plus.
Experience with level design tools, Unity, or game development projects is a plus.
A portfolio, personal game project, or sample level design is highly appreciated.

What you will be doing
Design and develop levels for Puzzle games, ensuring they are fun, intuitive, balanced, and aligned with the game's core mechanics.
Create level concepts, layouts, difficulty progression, and gameplay flows based on game design requirements.
Work with Game Designers and Developers to implement and iterate levels.
Playtest levels regularly to identify issues related to difficulty, pacing, player experience, and engagement.
Analyze player feedback and basic game metrics to identify opportunities for level improvement.
Continuously iterate and optimize existing levels based on testing results and player behavior.
Collaborate with Artists to ensure level design works effectively with visual assets and game presentation.
Research and analyze Puzzle games and market trends to generate new level ideas and gameplay experiences.
Maintain and organize level documentation throughout the development process.
