Mô tả công việc
• Organize the Lighting Engineering team includes the Development and Production engineering team to maintain the procedure , all works moving smoothly and full tech-pack correct, clearly and really for production.
• Create the standard for RSC Lighting products and training Lighting engineering's to make sure all production standardization construction.
• Works with Clients/ designer to get projects in, make sure Lighting Engineering drawing correct before submit for approval, discussing on revision until drawing approved.
• Work with Sourcing team to find the new material/ components, follow up and push until bough.
• Works with sample floor to make sure sample reviewed each stage, all changes during sample making to be updated.
• Works with testing-QA team to update, changes to make sure all production test passed before go to productions. Updated the watch-out list during sample making and production running.
• Works with Purchasing/ supplier/ QC to help them understanding Lighting engineering and quality request on each products. Support to solve all problems that supplier have, Vet suppliers.
• Work with production to transfer The Engineering point from sample to Productions. Review FOP (First of Production). Solving problem. Create ECR for any lighting Engineering change
• Work with costing team to help them understand the construction. First Estimate cost and method to reduce the cost.
Yêu cầu
- University graduated. Electrical or machinery Major
- 7 years of Experience in Lighting , 5 years experience in Manager position
- Good of English
- Good to Control/ Manage/ Organize all works of Technical Engineering team
- Good to improve efficiency reduce operating cost, whilst increasing productivity
- Well knowledge of Electrical components
- Well knowledge Metal works, Marble, Glass.
