Mô tả công việc

• Monitor daily cash flow to ensure that the Ducksan Vina can meet its operational needs and forecast future cash flows based on sales projections and Planning demand forecast. (30% of capacity)
• Prepare annual report for Ducksan Vina including relevant financial and non-financial information for Shareholders and potential funding partners (Banks). Detailed reports to support funding applications and negotiations (40% of capacity)
• Evaluate different funding sources, such as loans (Shareholder, Bank), lines of credit, Capital raise to determine the most cost-effective options for Ducksan Vina.
• Develop financial models to analyze the impact of various funding strategies and liquidity scenarios.
• Assess the potential return on investment for new projects or equipment purchases.
• Work closely with production, sales, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with operational needs.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making in procurement and production planning.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on trends in the textile industry that could impact pricing, demand, and funding.
• Sustainability: Consider funding options that support sustainable practices, which are increasingly important in manufacturing.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in economics (Accounting, Finance, Banking), Additional qualification such as CFA will be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in economics (Accounting, Finance)
• At least 1 Years of Experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Work independently and proactively
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
• Good in English communication
