JOB DESCRIPTION
✅ Lead and coordinate production planning activities throughout all NPI (New Product Introduction) phases.
✅ Ensure complete Line Readiness, including:
Manpower
Machines & Equipment
Materials
Manufacturing Methods
Production Environment
✅ Monitor project progress and ensure production launch and customer deliveries are achieved on schedule.
✅ Review issues at each production stage, drive corrective actions, track improvement activities, and ensure smooth transition into mass production.
✅ Organize and lead project meetings related to new product development and introduction.
✅ Prepare and provide reports, documentation, and supporting materials before and after customer audits.
✅ Manage and coordinate unexpected production issues, risks, and escalation cases.
✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to secure necessary resources and meet project targets.
✅ Host customer visits and audits, acting as the key interface between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Major in Project Management, Business Administration, Production Planning, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of NPI processes and electronics manufacturing operations.
Experience working with multinational or key customer accounts is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
Fluent in
English and Chinese
(speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
