Litigation Paralegal

Working and receiving documents, information and requests from Clients;
Preparing client correspondence and legal documents from instructions;
Conducting and researching facts to prepare case accordingly;
Drafting various types of legal documents such as contracts, memos, legal opinions, pleadings, record summaries, subpoenas, etc.;
Contacting with institutions, enterprises and competent authorities;
Representing clients to work with related parties, Courts, Arbitration and other relevant authorities;
Engaging in pre-litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court/arbitration;
Assisting with filing materials in court offices/arbitration center/other relevant authorities, and proceeding other administrative tasks as needed;
Participating in Court/Arbitration proceedings as assigned; and
Other assignments as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates.
