Job Description
As the Loans Admin, you will be assisting with the loan application process from post the initial client enquiry, through to settlement, along with any other administration tasks allocated by the company. Further, you will enjoy delivering exceptional customer service to our customer network, in line with compliance requirements. In details, responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Data validation and data entry into CRM system
Order valuations, company searches, manual credit checks
Review data and information to ensure compliance
Other admin tasks assigned by Broker/Loan Processor/Case Manager
Requirement
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, administration, or related field
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Super organized with a keen eye for compliance.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Eager to learn and grow within the role.
Working hours and benefits:

Working hours: Australian time, 5am - 1pm (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.
