The Trade Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing function through robust data analysis, budget tracking, activity coordination, and reporting. This role ensures all trade marketing activities are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policy - enabling the commercial team to make faster, better-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analytics & Reporting
• Compile and analyze sell-in/sell-out data, Nielsen/audit data, distribution coverage, NPD performance, pricing, and POP compliance
• Maintain and update the market intelligence database; produce the monthly market summary on schedule
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by the Head of Trade Marketing or Country Director
2. Budget & Financial Control
• Monitor and control Trade Marketing budget spending versus plan; flag variances proactively
• Prepare and submit internal promotion approval requests - including activity briefs, budget justifications, and supporting documentation - ensuring compliance with internal sign-off procedures prior to activity launch
• Process payment claims to distributors and suppliers in line with company policy and SAP workflows
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all A&P commitments and actual spend.
3. Activity Execution & Coordination
• Coordinate promotion activity development, execution, and post-evaluation with field teams and brand partners
• Manage POSM and support tool supply chain - briefing suppliers, tracking production timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Operate and understand DMS (Distributor Management System) for trade marketing activities; ensure data accuracy
• Manage internal system operations including data entry, system reconciliation, and compliance tracking
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Admin in an FMCG environment
• Hands-on experience in trade activity execution and budget management
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Planning & priority, problem solving
• Self-motivated & teamwork
• Good communication and written in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
o Microsoft Excel: advanced level - pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling; Power Query or Power BI is a plus
o SAP: working knowledge of SAP for purchase orders, payment workflows, and budget tracking
o DMS (Distributor Management System): hands-on experience preferred; ability to learn and own the system quickly
