Mô tả công việc
- Base on Purchase Order : Allocate company's drivers , forwarders to arrange deliveries ( including trucking and domestic sea transportation)
- Closely collaborate with internal Teams including: Production, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Accounting, Sales Team,... for matching production information & delivery schedule to meet customer's requirement ,prepare and arrange all needed work related to delivery and keep monitoring until order is fully done
- Follow up delivery result, the Gap ( Customer's scale & Factory's scale ) -> report
- Collect transportation docs ( BL,DO,scale note... )and make payment accordingly
- Make plan and follow up Maintenance for 02 trucks head, chases.
- Collaborate with internal Teams : Production, Maintenance for maintain isotank condition
- Applying docs and renew certificate : Truck inspection, DG transportation license
- Perform other tasks as required by the company.
Yêu cầu
- Gender : Male
- Have experience 2-3 years at least in Logs works ( Make plan, arrange delivery by truck, by sea)
- Have knowledge and experience 2-3 years at least in Import-Export customs procedure
- Basic Office Skills
- Knowledge of mechanics will be an advantage ( isotank, container, truck head, engine...)
- English is prefered
