Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Remote (Vietnam)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Vietnam time, with a 30-minute lunch break
Salary: 16,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND/month for the first 6 months, followed by a performance review and salary negotiation

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling on Amazon (US and EU) and other online marketplaces. Our team is fully remote, based primarily in Vietnam.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics operations.
The role mainly involves tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and logistics partners, maintaining logistics records, checking documents and invoices, and supporting Amazon FBA shipments.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination & Tracking
Take care of reorder, restock, international shipments and inventory management
Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and logistics in excel, drive
Check daily email, invoices, FBA, LVB stock
Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for shipment updates
Update ETD, ETA, delivery dates, tracking numbers, and shipment status
Resolve any issues related to logistics delays or damaged goods.
Support company in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum
Good written and spoken English
Good basic mathematics skills, including percentages, multiplication, division, quantities, weights, and unit costs
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and working with dataVery good attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and documents
Able to work independently on assigned tasks
Willing to ask questions when something is unclear
Nice to Have
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, shipping, warehouse operations, or a related field
Experience with Amazon FBA
Experience using AI tools
