Mô tả công việc
1. Coordinate with customers, suppliers and oversea agents in order to ensure cargoes (import/ export) to move smoothly;
2. Be responsible for monitoring every step of operation, solving the problem properly, and answering the questions from our customers efficiently;
3. Input job files into the system in time, cost control & selling rates checking etc.; issue Debit note/ credit note to customer/ agents accordingly.
4. Keep good relationship with customers, and report their new demands to the management;
5. Familiar with VN bonded warehouse operation work (optional)
6. Other tasks/reports assigned by the management; Co-operate with other colleagues to complete the jobs.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor Degree or above with basic knowledge of logistics industry;
2. Good command of English, written and oral, preferably also can speak Chinese;
3. Good at communication with both internally and externally;
4. Be proactive, aggressive, confident and team work spirits;
5. More than 2 years working experience in international logistics industry, preferably in Global freight forwarding companies;
