• Receive and handle customer booking requests: verify shipment details and propose suitable logistics solutions (carriers/airlines, routes, pricing, etc.)
• Track and update shipment status (Shipment Tracking), ensuring timely and accurate updates to customers
• Act as a key coordinator among multiple parties: customers - shipping lines/airlines - internal operations - overseas agents to ensure smooth execution
• Handle issues during transportation (delays, rollovers, documentation errors, etc.) and manage customer complaints professionally
• Assist in preparing and checking shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Pricing, etc.) to maintain service quality and customer experience
• Provide consultation on logistics services, import-export procedures, and trade terms (Incoterms)
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, improving service quality and satisfaction
• College degree or above in Logistics, International Business, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields
• 1-5 years of experience in logistics CS/operations/forwarding
• English (4 skills) for daily communication
• Good understanding of international logistics: Sea/Air freight, documentation, customs, Incoterms
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
