Mô tả công việc
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- Running smoothly customs clearance, dealing in solving the problem with Customs, MOIT/ Suppliers/ Customers/ Authorities.
- Managing effectively warehouse stock, satisfy the delivery to customers with the ideal logistics cost.
- Ability to be a team leader for the invaluable contribution into the Company development.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle overall administrative on customs clearance and outbound activities, follow up on duty and tax payment, exemption/ waiver.
Manage Customs/ MOIT/ Suppliers/ Customers requirements & queries.
Able to manage the relationship and handle Customs Audit/ Inspection independently.
- Handle warehouse management: day to day functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities and requirements of internal working process on daily operations; stock control; periodical stock checking, ... .
- Arrange trucking, make delivery order and follow up delivery.
- Resolve issues that might arise with shipments/ cargo at warehouse/ port / customs / forwarding agents/ customers/ authorities.
- In charge of deploying logistics costs.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to run the Co business smoothly: HR-ADM/ Sales Team/ Finance, etc.
- And other relevant tasks to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Possess a minimum Degree in Logistics/ Foreign Trade/ International Business or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in preparing Customs Declaration, dealing with Customs about HS code as the current Tax/ Customs laws. Fresher who graduated from Foreign
- Trade or International Business University is considered for the Logistics Executive chance.
Be able to understand, update the relevant laws and apply into the Company business operation effectively.
- Candidate who has working experience in industrial chemical will be preferred.
- Good English (both written and verbal).
- Positive attitude, able to multi-tasked, patient, careful.
- Must be a team player, proactive, flexible, energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable.
