We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics & Forwarding
Sales Manager to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in international/domestic logistics services, including air and sea freight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in import/export forwarding services and logistics services (Priority given to cargo/customer holder)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote the company's logistics solutions, including sea freight, air freight, and other supply chain services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service execution
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Yêu cầu
- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
