I. MAIN ROLES
- Support the daily operations and data management activities of the Logistics Department; collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure order processing, documentation, and reporting are executed accurately and efficiently.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in processing operational and commercial data, including freight quotations, cost monitoring, debit note preparation, and account reconciliation with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, etc.) to resolve issues arising during shipment execution.
- Manage, maintain, and update business documents, including commercial contracts, quotations, customer records, and other related documentation.
- Monitor work progress, update shipment status, and provide follow-up support to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist in planning activities, data consolidation, and report preparation as required by management.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided according to company procedures.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications and ability to read and understand English documents.
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, trustworthy, and highly responsible, with effective time management skills.
- Positive learning attitude and willingness to develop a long-term career in the logistics industry.

IV. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
