Logistics Overseas Sales Manager

- Directly managing Overseas Sales Department to achieve company's sales target
- Conducting sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives and strategies
- Attaining target for cost, productivity, accuracy and timelines
- Closely following up with potential and existing customers/agent to maintain, grow and secure more businesses
- Planning routes and process shipments, if require
- Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement
- Working closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers
- Leading and coaching sales team. Taking responsibility to each sales representative's target.
- Doing market survey trend and developing customer database.
- Promoting compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.
