Logistics & Import/Export
- Manage import/export operations including shipments, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, EPE regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Oversee export documentation (C/O, CI/PL, Phyto, Customs Declaration, FSC, EPE settlement reports).
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor shipping schedules, logistics costs, and resolve shipment or customs issues.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation,
purchasing, and contract management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, including OEM partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material supply and payment processing.
Material Planning & Reporting
- Plan and monitor material purchasing schedules and delivery timelines.
- Resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare periodic reports and support process improvement initiatives.
