Mô tả công việc
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all kinds of freight services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts
• Grow freehand business and expand agent business network
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues and optimize service delivery Reporting & Analysis
• Working hours: Monday - Friday
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and trade regulations
• Proven track record on Freight Forwarder and/or carriers sale experience with existing customer base and/or agent network connection an advantage Skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Communicate in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus
