- Doing existing customer management and paying regular visits to customers
- Securing new customers, creating connections, contact to find opportunities to provide Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.
- Maintaining relationships with shipping companies and securing good rates
- Finding and expand new customers
- Negotiate debt issues with agents before providing services, contact -
Shipper/Consignee for top shipments to arrange booking.
- Taking care and maintaining relationships with customers to maintain and increase the Company's market share.
- Developing customer system, developing market according to the company's orientation.
- Achieve sales targets and bring profits to the company.
- Coordinating with other departments in the company to monitor and assist in solving problems arising in the process of providing services to customers
- Reporting work results to management and doing other task assigned by
Sales manager.
