1) Overall Scope
- Trucking & Customs Clearance Vendor Control.
2) Description in Detail
• Knowledgeable on logistics functions in freight forwarder.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders/vendors and internal parties on shipment arrangement independently.
• Provide shipping solutions to suppliers, communicate with the oversea offices for shipment update.
• Assist on shipment bookings and shipping documents for customs purposes.
• Responsible for different kinds of logistics work upon request.
• Update shipment data in systems.
• Report to Director/ Manager on status/issue closely.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with logistics (Deeply experienced of handling project cargo and critical customers preferred)
• Smart, careful, good communication ability → Very Important
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Outlook is a must.
• Fluent of both spoken and written in English
• Graduated from Economics University, Maritime University or Foreign Economic Relation College or other relative to shipping business)
• High sense of responsibility.
• The ability to work independently, under pressure, multi-task, be a team player, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good discipline.
