Operational Scheduling & Dispatch: Planning and assigning daily transport tasks, such as container pick-ups or lorry routes, to drivers.
Real-time Monitoring: Tracking truck or vehicle movements using GPS and IT systems to ensure adherence to timelines.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all vehicles and personnel follow road traffic rules and safety protocols, especially in construction or depot environments.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams to manage feedback, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes.
Incident Response: Managing traffic flow around construction sites, disruptions, or accidents to minimize delays.
Documentation: Preparing and processing transport documents, including container movements or vehicle checklists
