We are seeking a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customs reporting for an FDI manufacturing company operating under the export manufacturing model. You will work closely with Customs authorities and internal departments to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and proper record management.
1. Customs Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit customs reports, including annual material reports, finished goods reports, BOM reports
Handle customs procedures for outsourcing procedures, machinery and equipment liquidation, and external warehouse registration.
Maintain and monitor subcontracting agreements and related records.
Manage customs documents and records for customs finalization and audits.
Work directly with Customs authorities during inspections, audits, and customs reviews.
Review and reconcile invoices, import, export, and inventory data to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with related departments to complete reports on time and improve data traceability.
2. Import & Export Operations
Support customs declaration for import and export shipments.
Determine HS codes for new products and review classification accuracy.
Ensure import-export activities comply with customs regulations.
3. Trade Compliance
Monitor updates to import-export regulations and customs policies.
Support internal trade compliance and provide guidance to related departments.
4. Other Duties
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in import-export operations and customs reporting for an FDI export manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of HS classification and import-export procedures.
Experience working with Vietnam Customs authorities and customs audits is preferred.
Good English skills (reading documents and communication).
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
