Mô tả công việc
• Handling logistics works: Import-export (customs declaration, tax refund, liquidation report...), Co-ordinate with carriers/ forwarders to arrange inbound/outbound shipments, CO preparation...
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by Logistics manager.
Yêu cầu
Experience requirements: At least 3 years in the same field:
• Good at import & export customs clearance on E-Customs software, handling the air import
& export operation, especially express shipments, airport terminal operations, customs
authorities, etc....
• Good at Customs finalization report, import tax refund/liquidation, Customs & company's
inventory, converting import purpose.
• Good at working with forwarders: request for quotation, prepare SI, follow shipments,
monthly statement handling, etc....
• Experiences in Certificate of Origin (C/O)
Required knowledge & skills:
• Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Customs, Economic
or related majors.
• Up-to-date Knowledge in E-Customs software, customs regulation & concerned legal
documents
• Good at English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Computer: proficient in Microsoft office.
• Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, team player and hard
working.
