* Daily Operations:
- Coordinate with departments to execute daily operation plans effectively.
- Monitor inbound, outbound and productivity to meet customer and company KPIs
- Train and guide staff to follow SOPs and job standards.
- Identify and address operational and system issues to in charge person to solve
* Project Development:
- Participate in setting up processes for new projects.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Review and address non-conformities in operations.
* Manpower Management:
- Update and deliver training programs for inbound/outbound staffs
- Revise procedures based on customer requirements or internal changes.
* Expected Outcomes:
- Achieve customer and departmental KPIs.
- Meet business performance targets
Yêu cầu
* Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications: Preferably with logistics or warehouse-related certifications.
- Experience: 2-3 years in distribution center operations with team management experience.
- Experience in management team > 2 people
- Location: prefer candidated who live in Binh Duong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses.
* Skills:
- Knowledge of bonded warehouse operation is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
