Purchasing officer will set internal goals to improve the cost and efficiency of the company's procurement operations. Develop and implement purchasing policies to ensure that individuals who are authorized to purchase deal with approved suppliers. Tasks: Plan, estimates cost, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities. Coordinate with Technology, Engineering, Quality control and Production about technical and specification of goods or material available on market and general. Negotiate terms for major purchases within established limits of authority. Responsible for checklists, and other materials that describe the organization's technical, quality, service, or reliability standards to help purchasing staff to evaluate supplier proposals. Required Qualifications: Vietnamese native is a MUST Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Technical Engineering; Business Administration; Economics or related field. English level: Conversational in business working environment. Minimum 1 year experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management, various procurement /purchasing processes and tools in Mechanical fields / Spare parts .. Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company. Proven ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
