Recruitment tasks:
1. Recruit new staffs upon request with Public Recruitment process: posting job, selecting CV, arranging interview, preparing working condition for calling employees to work.
2. Execute LOTTE Global Recruitment program as request: contact with universities in Hanoi, arrange interview & evaluate candidates, make report of the final result.
3. Admin & promote fanpage Lotte Group Recruitment in Hanoi on Facebook, maintain the operation of the page by posting regularly.
4. Make recruitment report monthly.
5. Monitor & execute tasks related to Additional Insurance for employees as company benefits.
6. Related tasks assigned by Team Leader and support team members.
Training tasks:
1. Make plan & organize training sessions following training plan of company for company employees and outsource employees.
2. Organize training program upon request from Lotte Academy.
3. Prepare and set up training sessions
4. Make evaluation of trainees before & after training
5. Record & make training report monthly & yearly
6. Control budget & make payment monthly on time to ensure smooth operation
7. Make content for company newsletter monthly
8. Draft contracts and papers related to work
9. Translate text and documents to serve the need of work

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in: Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources Management ...
- Experience of 2-3 years in HR fields is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Knowing Korean is an advantage
