Have just got The Certificate of Lawyer
Experience in M&A, Due Diligence
English: business level
Experience in drafting, reviewing commercial contracts, stock transfer contracts, capital contribution contracts, etc...
At least 2 years experience in foreign law firms.
Be careful, progressive, have a desire to work long term
