A Day- to -day operations on
1 Manpower arrangement for section
► Incoming Quality Inspection
► Visual Mechanical Inspection
► Outgoing Quality Assurance
► Customer Quality Service
2 Ensure daily quality status is update, review, escalate and provide proactive corrective and preventive action
3 Ensure the finished goods are 100% visual inspected and assurance of quality before shipment to our valuable
customers.
4 Ensure all planned shipment is 100% meet. Exceed the planned shipment through daily output monitoring and
or always exceed to line balancing toward the CNC output.
5 Ensure overtime is carefully plan. Proper explanation is being justified
6 Ensure all measuring equipment are well equipped, maintenance and calibrated
B Quality System
1 Ensure and maintain the establishment of ISO9000 & ISO14000 quality system
2 Regular observations are established for maintaining the good manufacturing practice
3 Report all irregular activities to avoid deviation of quality system. Issue SCAR to ensure corrective and preventive
action. Check the effectiveness.
4 Ensure all on-job training and relevant training is executed and record
5 Conduct Internal Quality Auditing as scheduled. Prepare and report all quality objectives. Regular update of quality
quality objectives. Regular update of quality objectives. Ensure explanation if the quality objectives are not meet.
Request for Yearly Management Review to review all status of finding
C Supplier Quality Management
1 Ensure all incoming raw material, 3rd Party finished goods and/or related goods are inspected accordance to
the inspection checklist
2 Reporting all non-compliance for countermeasure
3 Issue SCAR to supplier for any non-conformance. Ensure all corrective and preventive actions are executed and closed
4 Give support to planning department pertaining to quality aspect. Also, supporting data for any claims to supplier
D Visual Mechanical Inspection
1 Ensure proper discipline and good housekeeping at all time
2 Train and develop VMI members to keep up the quality status at the upmost customer's satisfaction
3 Support Customer Service request for customer rejection. Give priority without further question for initial screening
at customer place. Then, coordinate with customer quality engineer for plan or alternate supporting plan
4 Provide continuous improvement support to Plating department pertaining to collection of quality status data
E Outgoing Quality Assurance
1 Ensure all Finished Goods are inspected accordance to Acceptance Quality Level (AQL). If need arises, change
tighten plan to ensure no escapee of defects to our valuable customers
2 Provide immediate quality alert to all related department to contain the defects at the actual working station
3 Ensure all inspection is recorded into the checklist
F Customer Quality Service
1 Immediate response to any customer quality request
2 Provide immediate assistance if customer request for rescreening, quality information data and related correspondence
3 Provide proper escalation meeting with all departments for serious issue
4 Ensure corrective and preventive is reply promptly to customer due date
G Others
1 Endorsement of daily supporting documentation for leave, overtime and purchase requisition
2 Prepare for all yearly, quarterly or monthly management KPI, budgetary and plan for business strategy
Yêu cầu chung
1 Male, Age: 35 - 45
2 Degree holder or above, preferably in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing; or related disciplines.
8 to 10 years or above solid experience in QA/QC; of which preferably over 5 years in managerial level
Solid experience in mechanical, electronic or precision manufacturing
3 Business language level of English and Mandarin (understand Japanese added advantage)
4 Deep knowledge in ISO 9001/14001, TS16949
5 Direct report to Plant Manager
6 Manage and maintain entire QA functions to ensure smooth processes and ensure proper documentation in place
7 Very good experience in handling customers' claim
8 Work closely with production managers to ensure workflows and products are complying with customers and
international standards.
9 Organize customer audits, certification process, failure analysis, and corrective action plan.
10 Conduct and organize seminar or training: for staffs, company representatives, and/or vendors to fulfill the
quality requirements.
11 Strong leadership, confident, quick action and logical thinking
12 Dynamic, honest, ability to work under very high pressure
13 Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks
14 Able to work at team-based and individual-based
15 Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent
16 Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of SENIOR QA MANAGER
17 To be working and stationing in Hanoi, Vietnam
