Mô tả Công việc
Provide consultancy of application and installation of Engines and Gensets to Customer or Customer's consultant or End-User. Supervise and coordinate all Engines/Gensets installation design for certifying that Engines/Gensets are appropriated with Caterpillar Standard.
1. Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure that the product being quoted includes all items that are defined in the customer scope of supply.
2. Provide recommendations and engineering assistance for customers to make advised decisions relating to correct rating and proper application.
3. Assist sales representatives with customer liaison relating to technical and installation issues.
4. Prepare and execute the technical data, installation drawing and wiring and termination schematics to guide Customer through correct installation design.
5. Work closely with and provide support to the Phu Thai CAT Project Installation & Commissioning Team to ensure all activities are in conformity with Company and Caterpillar guidelines.
6. Perform installation audit and coordinate the start-up and commissioning schedule in cooperation with Phu Thai CAT Project Installation & Commissioning Team.
7. Provide Engineering Manager with timely, concise Project Pipeline status reports and weekly plan.
8. Prepare technical proposal in time and clarification in time upon request of Engineering Manager and customers.
9. Project Management to meet Scheduled project timeline and targeted project budget.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Recognized University degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
At least 2 years of working experience with similar duties as an Application Engineer, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer
Proficient in MS OFFICE based programs
Proficient in use and application of Auto-CAD.
Thorough knowledge of applicable industry (Marine, Electrical Power Generation, Petroleum, Industrial) and associated products.
Good exposure to Medium and Hi Speed Engine Product application, installation, commissioning and operation. (CAT, Cummins, MTU, Yanmar, Wartsila etc.)
Good in spoken and written English
