Mô tả công việc
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maitenance and construction works in North areas
• Can check method, shopdrawing and approval for Sub-contractor
• Make master and detail schedule and supervisor sub-contractor for meet the schedule
• Meeting with Clients and got information and schedule for suppervisor
• Supervise work on the site
• Cooperate with other parts like Civil, structure to combine the systems and site works
• Make QC document (material inspection, installation inspection, T&C, Manual and Operation)
• Make daily and weekly report
• Can survey and make additional quote for maintenance work
• Can make maintenance standard document and report
• Make method design, installation detail and standard for installation
• Check and proposal equipment and manufacturer
• Check combine M&E systems
• Inspection with TODA, Owner and make defect list for repair
• Training for Owner about M&E systems
• Can prepare years inspection defect work and schedule for repair
• Handover document to Owner
• Understand and control for application work
• Understand for M&E design and check for basic design, technical design
• Can understand and prepare schedule for power on, fire fighting inspection
• Others are required by Managers.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Have skills to use Auto-cad or revit
• Able to understand about M&E regular standard.
• Have skill for supervisor work on the site
• Have knowledge of M&E installation and standard materials well
• Over 5-10 years experiences as an M&E Chief engineer
• Other skills
• Communicate in English
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in M&E or related field required
• M&E Installation certification class I
• Over 10 years experiences as an M&E Chief engineer
Benefits:
• Salary : 21 -30 million VND
• Gasolines allowance : 500.000 VND/ month
• Working time : Monday - Friday and 02 Saturdays/ month, from 8AM to 5PM (lunch time: 12:00 to 13:00)
• Working place : Ha Noi office and project offices in North areas such as Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc... depending on projects.

• Overtime payment
• Bonus: Depends on employee's work performance and company achievements
