Machine Learning Engineer Python, AI

We're looking for a Machine Learning & Python Engineer to join our team. No corporate fluff-just an opportunity to build real, impactful solutions using ML and Python.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Write clean, efficient Python code for data processing, model training, and integration.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, cleaning and preparing it for analysis.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
• Monitor, debug, and improve ML pipelines as they scale.

• Working knowlegde of Transformer Architectures
• Strong Python skills, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with training and deploying ML models.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for ML models is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and build solid solutions.
• Readyness to work on non-ML Python projects to fill intermission times if required
