Objective of role:
Operate all mechanical/electrical systems daily and keep records to detect any abnormalities early.
Carry out periodic monitoring of maintenance plans for store and office systems.
Supervise and manage contractors in the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems in the office and all stores.
Timely handle all incidents, complaints and carry out investigation and remediation work. Propose necessary and appropriate solutions
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable safe work procedures.
Recommend upgrading service systems of the office and all stores to improve efficiency and reduce incidents.
Construction work warranty includes overcoming, repairing, and replacing damaged and defective equipment during use.
Supervision of construction and development of new stores.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Responsible to report direct to Senior Maintenance - Indochina.
Responsible in providing all the reports relevant to Maintenance operating.
Responsible & manage budget efficiently.
Coordination & communication with relevant departments for each project.
Ensure all projects completed on time.

Requirements
Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and related majors.
Minimum 1 years of experience in interior finishing construction (construction supervision), Mechanical & Electrical systems.
It will be an advantage if you have skills in autocad drawing, construction.
Good communication skills.
Able to handle difficult situations and withstand pressure well, hardworking, enthusiastic, honest, responsible at work.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Work in shifts or office hours.
