Keep all equipment of system in good repair & maintenance with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day. And to Complete repair & maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following standard operating procedures.
Continually work towards and support the improvement of engineering service to guest other departments and fellow staffs
MAINTENANCE OFFICER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair MEP system (HAVC, Power distributor, UPS backup, Lighting system,) as schedule planned or unplanned.
• Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair property equipment & tool as schedule planned or unplanned.
• To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations on areas of the Palazzo club, Palazzo office, Palazzo Warehouse as required.
• Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair other work as requested by the Maintenance & Facilities Manager, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to guests and members of the public.
• Supervise, and coordinate the work with contractors.
• Assist repairs and maintenance Interior or Exterior such as furniture, carpet, cabinet, as schedule planned or unplanned
• Maintains all work areas and ensures environmental services equipment is free of safety violations. Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management.
• Ensure that all products and equipment, facility are carefully accounted for and properly stored in a safe and secure; notify supervisor of low supplies.
• Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per the manufacturer's instructions.
• Understand and follow safety and emergency procedures and comply with Hotel and Palazzo club policies and procedures.
• Interacts with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Training and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.
• Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work.
• Carry out other duties from the norm as requested by Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, electronic plumbing, refrigeration, and Fire systems.
• Ability to interpret readings from meters & gauges and other measuring units.
• Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to multi-task in busy environment and adheres the Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
• Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guests and club information.
• To be able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.
• Ensure that all effort is made to repair faults to building without delay to avoid any inconvenience to
guests.
• Maintain a safe facility and use safety first practices to remain accident-free
• Report all potential accidents and make sure that any accidents are recorded in the accident book.
EDUCATION:
• Diploma holder in air conditioning and refrigeration or electrical, Electronic, or civil or mechanical.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role with a good understanding of English, both written and oral.
