Mô tả công việc
1. Perform as role model in team.
2. Highest level of maintenance team in shift based.
3. Manage team to achieve pattern shift's indicators as Downtime, NRF.
4. Provide quick response and update full picture for quality related issue in shift level to maintain information flow and avoid any communication loss.
5. Minimize scrap cost from machine.
6. Collaborate with Planning team to release Change over schedule, assign man power properly to implement Change over smoothly.
7. Provide full picture of shift performance and activities if any data required.
8. Collaborate with cross function in shift level to deliver high performance of machines.
9. Escalate to Engineers/Managers if needed to maintain Factory/team's indicators.
10. Plan training program for DLs to level up, multi-skill team members.
11. Review performance of DLs in team by Quarterly/Yearly to assign incentive based on performance.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational background
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
2. Experiences
- 3+ years' experience in maintenance and 1+ year work in supervisor role. Prefer person who have an experience in Electronics industry.
3. Skills
- Knowledge of engineering concepts, including electronic and mechanical systems
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Communicate well in English, especially technical English
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Others
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Ability to work independently and work with team.
- High responsible, cooperation and team work.
- Willing to work overtime as per requirement.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Perform tasks assigned by Leaders/Managers.
