Mall Operations Executive (Chuyên Viên)

1. Manage and follow up on all operations (Cleanliness, maintenance).
- Overseeing cleaning crews to ensure the cleanliness,
- Checking common areas, restrooms and facilities to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Supporting in emergency situations and enforce mall policies and regulations
2. Coordination with other departments regarding maintenance process and customer payments.
3. Handle all queries and complaints from Tenants when received in the Mall, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Follow-up on tenant communications till completion.
4. Prepare and issue tenant notices, circulars, warnings, and penalty notices as advised by the Mall Manager.
5. Manage documentation related to mall management and leasing operations.
6. Prepare PR / LPOs for various operational requirements and ensure tracking and follow up with the concerned department for timely procurement.
7. Ensure forwarding the same to the concerned department, including follow-up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.
8. Promote occupational health and safety within the mall and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Provide required reports/ updates to Accounting and HR departments.
