Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
Analyze financial, operational, payment, and business performance data.
Review reports, processes, reconciliations, and operational controls.
Identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
Participate in process improvement and business optimization projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Gain exposure to different business functions and operational processes.
Take on management-related projects and broader responsibilities as part of the Management Trainee Program.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Payment, or a related field.
4-7 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Payment, Data Analysis, Audit, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, or related functions.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting/financial systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers, data, and reports.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical business recommendations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and evaluate business processes.
Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on broader responsibilities.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn across different business functions.
