Project Mantaray is an aggregate artisanal platform with the mission to bring pleasant surprises that define some liberating moments in the life of its beloved customers. Mantaray enables its virtuoso artisans to get together to infuse their passion and talent into the creation of a unique selection of artisanal products. It, in turn, delivers breaking-free experiences in response to the demand of a liberating sanctuary for its users to escape the daily mundane of a modern mechanical life.

The Work: Expanding the platform outreach
Project Mantaray is looking for an additional entrepreneurial team member to build and maintain relationships with our partners, who share the same vision to create the most liberating experience to end-users. Working directly with the founders, your talent and energy are sought after to constantly expand the partnership network of Mantaray to bring ever growing artisanal product portfolios for the sole purpose to liberate a greater portion of the population.
The team works with you in a close collaboration to build up your own mastery. The sky is your only limit for the professional career when you can enjoy the open scope including but not limited to:
The acquisition and retention of new partners, to meet and exceed sales targets
Continuously discovering customer insights and behaviours to create relevant content (including short-form video) tailored specifically for each communication channel (and effective stories for each customer segment)
Monitoring each category of artisanal products, coaching each channel in a continuous manner to ensure they abide by relevant KPIs and SLAs
Supporting founders in building up the full supply chain of artisanal productions from organic plantation, expansion the diversity of artisanal capacity, increasing awareness of organic production, joining green initiatives
Claiming ownership of customers' issues or their problems, following each case through resolution and making sure the root cause thoroughly handled
Taking quantitative initiatives to generate actionable plans and drive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions.
