Mô tả công việc
1. You will start to learn the basic of store operations work & standards through On-the-job & Off-the-job training to be able to:
- Master and can perform the basic store works, same as a store staff level, to ensure UNIQLO shop-floor standards and processes meet the highest customer satisfaction, which includes cleaning, replenishment, fitting room, cashier, sales floor maintenance.
- Understand product features, serve customers, manage SKUs and create attractive product arrangement & layout at store.
- Making the division's weekly sales & inventory plan and results, analyze the causes of any discrepancies, and revise the plan correctly.
- Make a daily & weekly working schedule for staff.
- Find the issues in the P&L, consider the counter measure and execute it.
- On-job-training for store members about planning & daily store tasks.

1. Professional & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (open to all majors)
- Less than 03 years of experience in any industry.
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Flexibility to relocate to various locations over the course of your career
- Flexible work schedule, which could include early mornings, late nights, or overnights as well as weekends and holidays
