Mô tả công việc
1. Client Management
• Being a strategic partner for the MDs and FD's, regular sessions in local LTs based on strong business understanding combined with knowledge about technology trends and developments
• Bring outside in and show local LTs what the industry does / has (teach them)
• Highly professional advice on business growth opportunities through leveraging IT
• Audit client satisfaction on relevance, delivery and operations
2. Vision, Strategy and Joint Business Plan
• Enable realization of OpCo objectives through IT and Digital solutions
• Develop and deliver joint business plan (JBP) between OpCos and IT on time in full
• Contribute to Business Group IT vision and strategies
• Secure high level Client LT commitment, funding and business staffing
• Benchmarking and global networking to ensure solutions are best practice / best in class, and ensuring alignment within the IT-discipline
• Own initiatives in priority domains: Commercial/Digital, Supply Chain, R&D, Analytics
3. Portfolio Delivery
• Ensure all projects are aligned and standards are set
• Creating business conditions for delivering good performance
• Monitoring of project milestones and deliverables
• Ensure maximization of systems investment (is it used, does it deliver the value)
• Test new ideas (drive innovation)
4. IT-Operations
• Manage total cost and consumption
• Govern operational excellence (cost, quality, speed, business continuity, security)
• Lead from the front during critical business incidents
5. People Management
Local contact guiding and coaching around hire, train and develop people in "village" (direct reports and people in the village of the client leader working for other IT LT members)
6. Budget Management
• IT Opex & Capex responsibility for OpCos under responsibility, budgeting, rolling forecast
• Lead monthly operational reviews, create transparency of value for each charge/investment
• Deliver YoY cost savings
Yêu cầu
• At least University Degree in IT field
• At least 5 years of experience working in IT
• Strong in leadership skill and strategic planning
• Strong communication skills, high team-work spirit
• Strong analytical skills and business mindset, well-organized, customer-oriented
• Good at project Management and customer service skills
• Strong analytical thinking skill
• Good command of English
