• Develop Data Strategy
• Assess current data governance maturity and identify key gaps across governance, architecture, data quality, metadata and master data management
• Develop data governance implementation roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Design and implement enterprise data governance framework (policies, standards, controls, lifecycle)
• Design Data Governance Operating Model including roles & RACI (Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians, Data
Product Owners); Embed governance into business processes and data workflows
• Develop Data Quality framework (rules, KPIs, monitoring, issue remediation)
• Define modern data architectures (Data Mesh / Data Fabric)
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality, metadata, master data, data architecture or data analytics consulting roles
• Experience/Familiar with DG tools like : Informatica DQ, Colibra, etc is a plus
• Having strong understanding of data model in banking/financial services
• Proven experience in data governance implementation or transformation initiatives
Certifications
• Preferred certifications: DCAM, DAMA CDMP, or equivalent data management certifications; AI / data analytics certifications are an advantage
• Strong PC skills: SAS,R, SQL query and database familiarity; MS Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet and VBA

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication (verbal and written)
• Team leadership and delivery ownership
• Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively; prior team management experience is an advantage
• Able to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, with strong capability to understand, analyse, and address key business challenges
