Management reporting:
• Maintain reporting packages with monthly and half-yearly performance analysis against budget, forecast and previous year.
• Alert abnormal financial ratios, provide financial analysis for adhoc projects, assessing cost-effectiveness, viability, and operation controls.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Coordinate the budgeting process across departments.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
• Conduct half-yearly rolling forecasts and annual financial budgets, including P&L, balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Cash management:
• Control and monitor the cash flow daily to ensure liquidity of the company.
• Manage the Capital, maximize the Cash available for investment opportunities.
Finance Business Partner:
• Support departments with finance analysis, challenges proposals, ensure compliance and consult on operational processes.
Others:
• Analysis PL by distribution channel.
• System and procedure/policies management.
• Other tasks to be assigned by time to time.
