Mô tả công việc
I. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Modelling
• Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) for
both current and prospective projects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial models related to Leasing to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Standardize model templates across projects and group-level reporting; streamline formulas and
modelling logic.
• Build corporate-level models and perform financial consolidation under both VAS and IFRS as needed.
2. Leasing Management & Performance Analysis
• Collaborate with the Sales team to review, validate, and ensure accuracy of leasing data and reports
within the ERP system.
• Continuously improve leasing data processes and recommend workflow enhancements for efficiency.
• Participate in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project, focusing on leasing-related data and
reporting requirements.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly leasing reports, including trend analysis and KPI insights for relevant
teams
• Conduct value-added analysis to identify leasing performance opportunities and provide
recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare presentations and deliver leasing performance updates in quarterly review meetings.
3. Budget Planning & Management
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget and forecast to identify gaps and
recommend corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Investment, and Commercial teams to support budget development
and performance tracking.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience in FP&A, Investment with at least 3 years of real estate industry experience.
• Preferred Background: Big 4 firms is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling skills, Proficient in ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
