Purpose:
A key player in Sourcing in driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most
Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Govern Quality Manufacturing Programs, leverage
synergies across divisions to drive a consistent application of industry best practices.
Manage the Quality related documentation (SOPs, policies, procedures, audit plans), provide clear
guidance to regional quality teams, LOs and suppliers and coordinate related audit programs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all Quality Manufacturing programs, related themes and sync across divisions.
• Manage related Quality documentation (SOPs, policies, procedures, audit plans).
• Coordinate factory audit program (and when needed assist regional quality teams to conduct audits)
to ensure consistent application of available evaluation tools to verify the performance level.
• Collaborate with regional Quality teams to customise specific quality programs for under-performing
and/or high-risk suppliers.
• Conduct analyses on critical quality-related measures (monitor consumer feedback on adidas key
products, warehouse claims and defective returns) on a global scale to evaluate effectiveness of
established quality programs, identify opportunities and initiate updates accordingly to close
loopholes. Develop improvement actions for quality procedures/documents based on regular analyses
and alignment with members of Quality, other adidas, and supply partner teams.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers on all quality related topics
• Lean Inspection methodologies, including Inspector Training and Certification procedures.
• Manage 3rd party inspection programs and relationship with external partners.
• Manage quality related projects, workshops, and initiatives at a global scale, at T1 and T2 suppliers
• Work cross-divisionally and cross-functionally with respective counterparts. Build and maintain strong
relationship with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Have a wide experience of quality management concepts in manufacturing of consumer goods.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in engineering/materials or related areas
• Minimum 5+ years of experience of which were in quality concepts and similar positions
